Complaints

It's important that you feel comfortable with us, your midwife.
Pregnancy is exciting enough as it is. That’s why we do everything we can to guide you and your baby with care and attention. It’s important that your contact with the midwife and other professionals in our practice is both professional and pleasant. Still, it’s possible that you may have a concern or complaint.

Do you have questions or doubts? Are you dissatisfied about something? Please let us know. We’re happy to take the time to talk things through with you calmly.

Contact our complaints officer
Can’t resolve the issue together? Or would you like help submitting a complaint? Then contact the complaints officer at CBKZ (Central Office for Complaints Management in Healthcare). They are impartial, work independently, and are happy to assist you with support and advice. The complaints officer can also help mediate to find a solution. Anything you share with them will be treated confidentially.
